Edit Company Profile ¶Top
To edit your company profile:
- Sign in to your account.
- On top right of home page, hover your mouse over the tab that contains your company name. This will reveal a drop down list.
- Click "Edit Company Profile" on this drop down list.
- From here, you can edit the information in any field. Click any of the categories to reveal more fields.
- When you are done editing, click the "Save" button.
Upload Files ¶Top
You can upload document files to your profile, such as diversity certificates and certificate letters. In order to upload them:
- Sign in to your account.
- On the top right of the home page, hover your mouse over the tab that contains your company name. This will reveal a drop down list.
- Click "Edit Company Profile" on this drop down list.
- Scroll down to the category "Certification Files." Click it to maximize the category.
- Fill out the title and expiration date of the certificate or letter.
- Click browse to select the document from your computer.
- By filling out the expiration date on the certificate, you enable ConnXus to send you an email when it has expired and it is time to upload your recertification.
Profile Visibility ¶Top
Any company who is registered with ConnXus as a buyer or a supplier is able to see your complete company profile. The general public (people who are not logged in as ConnXus users) can only see a short summary on non-Premium member profiles.
Add Users ¶Top
It is really easy to add a user! Here’s how to do it:
- Sign in to your account.
- On top right of home page, hover your mouse over the red box that contains your company name. This will reveal a drop down list.
- Click "Edit Company Users" on this drop down list.
- Click "Add New User" on new page.
- Fill out the quick form that opens. You will create a username for the new user.
- The system will generate an email to the new user with their username and a randomly generated password (the password can be changed once they sign in). This should be delivered to them almost immediately.
