ConnXus officially supports the web browsers listed below. If you're not using an appropriate version of one of these browsers you'll likely experience layout, graphical and functionality problems when using ConnXus. To ensure the best possible experience using the ConnXus website, please use the latest version of one of the following browsers:

Enabling JavaScriptTop


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Choose "Options" from the menu that appears.
  3. Click on the "Contents" tab.
  4. Check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the "Wrench" icon in the top right.
  2. Choose "Options" from the menu.
  3. Select the "Under the Hood" tab.
  4. Under "Privacy" click the "Content settings" button.
  5. Select the "JavaScript" tab.
  6. Check the "Allow all sites to run JavaScript" radio button.
  7. Close the menus.

Opera Browser

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Choose "Preferences" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  4. Select "Content" in the left panel menu.
  5. Check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox on the right.
  6. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Apple Safari

  1. Go to the "Edit" menu.
  2. Choose "Preferences" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Security" tab.
  4. Check the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Choose "Internet Options" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Security" tab.
  4. Click the "Custom level" button.
  5. Scroll down to the "Scripting" section and under "Active Scripting" select the "Enable" radio button.
  6. Click "Yes" in the confirmation dialog box that appears.
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Choose "Options" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  4. Check the "Accept cookies from sites" checkbox.
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the "Wrench" icon in the top right.
  2. Choose "Options" from the menu.
  3. Select the "Under the Hood" tab.
  4. Under "Privacy" click the "Content settings" button.
  5. Select the "Cookies" tab.
  6. Check the "Allow local data to be set" radio button.
  7. Close the menus.

Opera Browser

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Choose "Preferences" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  4. Select "Cookies" in the left panel menu.
  5. Select the "Accept cookies" radio button on the right.
  6. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Apple Safari

  1. Go to the "Edit" menu.
  2. Choose "Preferences" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Security" tab.
  4. To the right of "Accept cookies", select the "Always" radio button.

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Choose "Internet Options" from the menu.
  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  4. Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.
