Interior build-out/conversion of existing 14 story historical office building (617 Vine St., Cincinnati, OH) to a 249 Room Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites hotels with a goal of LEED Silver. Misc. steel, millwork, insulation, caulking, doors, frames and hardware, interior glass, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, VWC labor, CPT labor, floor tile, VCT, toilet accessories, plumbing. SBE/MBE/WBE participation is encouraged and may be a factor utilized by JDL Warm Construction to select a successful bid. Any bidder which is not an SBE/MBE/WBE itself is encouraged to use SBE/MBE/WBE sub-subs and suppliers to the extent feasible.
