Capital Builder Program
Nationwide's Agency Capital Builder Program offers a clear pathway to starting a small business. By providing the financial assistance and support tools, it's designed to help you reach your goal in as little as 18 months -- preparing you to become a successful, independent agent for years to come. This is NOT a loan, or "earn as you go" as other training programs are. You will be an employee of Nationwide for up to 24 months with a base salary, plus bonus opportunity.
Rest assured, Nationwide Agents are in business for themselves, but not by themselves. Our Agency Capital Builder Program is designed to give an individual all of the support, tools and training one would expect from a Fortune 200, A+ rated company.
